Creative direction for brand, marketing, and product campaigns and projects. Lead and coach a design organization of 32 with 5 directs. Lead creative direction for evergreen programs including catalog, site, email, loyalty, paid media, social media, retail, and limited edition product campaigns. Lead direction for art direction style guides, product and program naming, brand expression updates, internal comms, and more. Org includes brand copy, loyalty , CRM, digital design, motion design, production design, styling, and image/video art direction.

Creative direction for brand, marketing, and product campaigns and projects. Lead and coach a design organization of 24. Led web design for site design overhaul that added article pages and new video opportunities to drive organic SEO. Led design updates to email program, brand expression, and flagship store concept.

Conceptualize and develop brand and identity, design product, source material, build production partnerships, and build wholesale partnerships. Create content for all social and digital media channels. Web design all Studio Snerd ecommerce platforms. Art direct and produce line shoots. Led eco-friendly dtc fulfillment. Achieved Etsy Star Seller and 5-star average reviews.

Conceptualize art for launch of Amazon Devices new Alexa enabled 2018 devices. Conceptualize and direct asset creation for Kindle Paperwhite.

Built a creative services team from 2 to 11 within an 18-month time span. Established a brand identity refresh. Led a new Canada market creative strategy. Developed a multi-channel creative/marketing content strategy. Drove creative direction and strategy of new YouTube content program focused on “How To” video series.

Directed design for store marketing and experiential programs including: window and event experiences, product promotions, pop-up shops, graphics, beauty launches, and digital activations. Led store fleet sign program overhaul, beauty promotional program overhaul, pop up shop visuals, new store opening events and visuals, and trend grouping visuals.
